Summer Anxiety Group
Don't let anxiety steal your summer fun!
Gather with other women in their 20s for an 8-week psycho-educational group, beginning June 4, 2018.
This is a group designed for young adults who are ready to learn how to manage anxiety and find freedom from unhelpful thoughts.
Each hour-long session will include time for a short presentation (by me!), discussion, and hands-on activities.
Week 1: An introduction to anxiety // anxiety vs. stress
Week 2: Using mindfulness & visualization to manage anxiety
Week 3: The connection between your thoughts & emotions
Week 4: How to effectively manage anxiety at work
Week 5: Why anxiety and perfectionism are two peas in a pod // shame
Week 6: When anxiety gets in the way of your relationships
Week 7: The importance of positive self-worth
Week 8: Take good care of YOU- relaxation techniques and creating your personalized self-care plan

Group begins June 4 at 7:00pm and will continue for 8 weeks (skip July 2). Space is limited to 6 women- sign up by May 30 to reserve your spot!
